Somatic (Self) Inquiry

We use the KI (Kiloby Inquiries) approach to somatic inquiry. This is one of the most powerful tools for deprogramming suffering. Techniques are supported through work with a qualified facilitator.

Mindfulness and Non-dual Meditation

Being aware of being aware - and why it matters. Move beyond thought and explore your own true nature.

Natural Rest: Nondual Meditation, coming into presence as the essential step into a new paradigm of well-being.

Breathwork and Bodywork

Biodynamic Breathwork (BBTRS) and bodywork. Release physical holding patterns and regulate your nervous system. Breathwork can help release emotional blocks, improve clarity, productivity, and creativity.

"What is split off, not felt, remains the same. When it is felt, it changes. Most people don't know this. They think that by not permitting the feeling of their negative ways they make themselves good.

On the contrary, that keeps those negatives static, the same from year to year. A few moments of feeling it in your body allows it to change."

— Eugene Gendlin, developer of Focusing

Somatic Studio Therapies

By gently questioning and challenging our beliefs about ourselves, about the world and about 'reality', we can release our suffering and live in presence. Somatic Inquiry is all about making conscious those patterns that unknowingly control our perception of the world.

Chi kung, also spelled qigong, is a discipline used to cultivate chi in the human body through the use of meditation, movement and deep breathing exercises. Chi kung is the art of developing energy, particularly for health, vitality, longevity, mind expansion and spiritual cultivation.

Coming into presence, acknowledging our true nature that exists beyond our conditioned mind, beyond man-made constructs, beyond the play of opposites. Through nondual meditation, we come home to ourselves and awaken to our true nature as happiness and peaceful contentment. This is actually the foundation of somatic inquiry and a fundamental concept of Biodynamic Breathwork.
